I was excited when this tin came out. As with Shooting Satr Dragon tin, it had its first-evolution counterpart,
Red Dragon Archfiend was a nice touch.
Magician's Valkyryia was also a bit of nostalgia, and nice support for Spellcaster decks.
The Wicked Avatar is a nice card, but really costly to summon, and Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord was a blast from the past for those good ol' Exodia decks.
As for the packs, The Shining Darkness and Duelist Revolution were great, and ABPF was great. And with Hidden Arsenal, with the reports I've seen, usually they are the synchros, like this huy I know , with 5 tins, got a
Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier,
Ally of Justice Catastor, and a
Mist Wurm!
Though not as good as Shooting Star Dragon Tin, its okay.
